Angelina (Brides With Dogs Founder & CEO)
Brides With Dogs sets the bar high when it comes to providing a memorable client experience, rather than offering a traditional pet sitting service. What sets us apart is our experience, knowledge and reliability.
Weddings can be a lot for a dog, even for the most well socialized pups. The large crowds, unfamiliar environment, and heightened emotions can be pretty overstimulating for them. During the planning process, every angle is pre-thought to ensure your pup is set up for success. With our on-site support, you’ll ensure your family and friends have the best possible guest experience while we take care of all your dog's needs throughout the day.
A lot of the value our clients get from us is tied to our experience working with dogs in dynamic public environments in addition to bringing a fun and positive energy that fits the vibe.
We are passionate about making a genuine connection with our clients and their dogs. By the time your wedding comes around we hope to feel more like a friend rather than a vendor.
ANGELINA, FOUNDER & CEO
Meet Ang, the heart & hustle behind Brides With Dogs. She discovered her calling in the most unexpected way, as the designated bridesmaid who was entrusted with the task of looking after her friend's dogs at their weddings. It didn't take long for her to realize that the logistics of including pets in weddings while being a guest were far from ideal.
As a former member of the Royal Canadian Navy, she knows the struggle of finding reliable pet care all too well. Being in the military meant having to leave her dog in someone else’s hands, which wasn’t always easy. That experience hit different and made her realize just how important it is to have someone you can actually trust. Now a proud Veteran, her purpose in life hasn’t changed as she continues to serve others by giving her clients piece of mind and making their special day even more memorable.
Beyond her military service, Angelina has extensive experience working with various types of breeds gained from her time in veterinary clinics, rescues and boarding facilities.
